Please FORMAT your micro SD card to FAT32/exFAT32 format on PC, then format it in this dash camera before using.
For daily use, please adjust the sensitivity of the G-sensor to “LOW”, otherwise the video file will be locked even when your car vibrates slightly.
The video vode-c is H.265, MP4. Please use a player that supports h.265 encoding format video to view the video playback. Otherwise the video will appear grainy and blurry(windows: potplayer mpc mpv; linux: vlc mpv; mac: iina vlc; Andriod: nplayer mxplayer vlc xplayer; ios : nplayer vlc; tv: kodi).
Please don’t turn on the motion detection when driving and the dash cam is recording. Because motion detection just records a short irregular video every time it is activated, it will make recording intermittent.

Quickly Lock Anything You Want

If you need to keep the video you want to keep when the recorder does not detect vibration, you can short press the “Down Button” in the recording state.

G-sensore & Loop Recording

Loop recording will auto delete older files for new recording when the SD card is full, you will never ever lack data storage space. Besides the built-in gravity sensor automatically records and locks videos once it detects a sudden collision while parked or driving, to ensure that the most important footage from being overwritten.

Time Lapase

We recommend turning on the time-lapse if parking monitoring is often activated when your car is parked in a downtown area.

Why does my dashcam always auto turn on and off or cannot format？

Press twice the “menu” button – press the “ok” button to choose and enter “Auto power off”- please turn off this function.
This front and back dash cam has a parking monitor and motion detection function, if you turn these two function on, the car dash cam will auto turn on and starts a 30s emergency recording and then turn off when the internal G sensor detects a shake. To solve this issue, we suggest you turn off the parking mode and motion detection driving and turn it on while parking your car. Then the parking monitor will help you protect your vehicle after your vehicle is parked.

Why can not see the images on PC when playback the videos?

Please playback the videos on camera first to see if can see the images and hear sound. If yes, please checked the player if supports the “H.265 MP4” format.
Please download a universal player that can support various video formats, especially those that can support playing the “H.265 MP4” format.

How to format your SD card

FORMAT your SD card to FAT32/exFAT32 format on PC;
Insert the SD card before powering on. After stopping recording, press twice the “menu” button – press the “ok” button to choose and enter “Format”- please select “OK”.
If you can not format the SD card, please use a pin to poke the “RESET” hole, then format it again.
